Smoky, salty, and bite-sized, built on smoked paprika, liquid smoke, and a touch of molasses. They crisp up firm with chewy, meaty centers. Scatter over a salad, fold into mac and cheese, or toss onto a breakfast hash.

How to Cook

Keep frozen. Precooked. Contains 2 portions. Net weight 12 oz (340 g).

  1. Thaw overnight in the fridge, or about 60 minutes under cold running water.
  2. Preheat a lightly oiled skillet to medium. Add the nuggets and press firmly with a spatula to drive out moisture and build a firm, meaty bite. Keep pressing and flip every minute for 5 to 6 minutes as the marinade reduces. Don't rush this. Press and flip until firm.
  3. Add a little more oil if needed and sear hard to build a crust. Press into the pan for full contact, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
  4. Serve immediately.
