How to Cook
Keep frozen. Precooked. Contains 2 portions. Net weight 0.5 lb (8 oz).
- Thaw overnight in the fridge, or about 60 minutes under cold running water.
- Preheat a lightly oiled skillet to medium. Add the steak and press firmly with a spatula to drive out moisture and build a firm, meaty bite. Keep pressing and flip every minute for 5 to 6 minutes as the marinade reduces. Don't rush this. Press and flip until firm.
- Add a little more oil if needed and sear hard to build a crust. Press into the pan for full contact, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately.
