Sesame, soy, and a caramelized char built for the grill or a hot cast iron pan. It sears into a deep crust and pulls apart with a meaty, satisfying chew. Serve over rice, tucked into lettuce wraps, or sliced across a bowl of noodles. Our number one seller.

Plant-Based

How to Cook

Keep frozen. Ready to cook, not ready to eat. Net weight 9 oz (255 g).

  1. Thaw overnight in the fridge, or about 60 minutes under cold running water.
  2. Preheat a lightly oiled skillet to medium. Empty in the whole pouch, steak and marinade. Press firmly with a spatula and flip every 30 seconds for the first 5 to 6 minutes as the marinade reduces. This drives out moisture and builds a firm, meaty bite.
  3. For the last 4 to 5 minutes, keep pressing, but let it sit for 60 seconds between flips to build the sear. Add a little more oil if needed.
  4. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F at the thickest point. Rest one minute, then serve.
